Wondering if getting a tattoo with lupus is a good idea? Seems like doing anything that requires healing and not to mention adding foreign chemicals to your body might not be so great.
And now I’m wondering when I became such an old lady. Ha.
Haha, that is the question. Not the old lady part- but the tattoo + lupus part. However there are lots of people on record out there who do have tattoos that have lupus.
I guess it’s a question of how healthy you are if/when you decide to get one, regarding lupus and healing times. It will probably be a long time before I can convince myself and everyone else that a tattoo is the best thing for me.
