Hello everyone! I am new to blogging, and also new to an  chronic auto-immune disease, called Systemic Lupus Erythematosus. I decided I am going to conquer them together- so here I am!

My name is Rebecca, I’m 23 years old and have 2 lovely cats who are my babies. I am/was working as a Certified Nursing Assistant through a Home-Health Care Agency  about to enter nursing school in January. Unfortunately I had a very serious fall. The fall wasn’t the problem, but it pointed out a very large problem that was lying within me- Lupus. So I am newly diagnosed, and learning more about it every day. I’m also learning some things about myself along the way! Good and bad.  I have new limitations, which are frustrating, but I am working through it and determined to keep a positive attitude the whole time.

♥ I believe that love takes time. Life is nothing without friendship. If you are not happy with yourself, you can never be happy with anyone else. PATIENCE is a virtue… which I am (still) learning. Music IS healing. And life is what you make it ♥
